1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the arion app platform – whether through the website at arionapp.net, the Android or iOS mobile application, or any other authorised channel – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These terms apply to all registered members and to any person who browses the platform without registering. arion app reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use arion app, you must meet all of the following conditions:

- You have not previously had an arion app account that was closed, suspended, or banned.

During registration, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and Philippine mobile number. You are required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. arion app reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity.
Important: Creating more than one account – whether under the same or a different name – is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended without prior notice and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your arion app account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions made, and all communications sent. You must keep your login credentials – including your password and any OTP codes – strictly confidential.
arion app uses SSL encryption, OTP verification, and optional biometric login to protect your account. However, these measures do not remove your personal responsibility for account security. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact arion app support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on arion app are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for any transaction.

5. Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on arion app – including live casino, online slots, sports betting, and eBingo – are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules will take precedence for matters directly related to gameplay.
All bets are final once confirmed. arion app does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where the platform has made a demonstrable error.
The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension:
- Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts of any kind.
- Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical fault to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
- Placing bets on both sides of an outcome in a manner intended to guarantee profit regardless of result.
- Any form of match-fixing, insider information, or unlawful interference with sporting events.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
arion app may offer bonuses, free bet credits, and promotional incentives to registered members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is announced.
Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash unless any applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. arion app reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, arion app's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform – whether in contract, tort, or otherwise – is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. arion app is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting arion app support. Any remaining verified balance at the time of voluntary account closure will be returned to your nominated withdrawal channel, subject to identity verification requirements.
